Designed a seamless, unified billing experience for Rackspace customers.

Problem Statement:
Rackspace customers didn't have a unified customer experience when checking their billing statements and usage. Customers were often confused and didn't have enough information to see how they were billed. Customers would call support for questions.

Hypothesis:
After doing competitive analysis on our competitors it was time to put lo-fiedilty wires together and in front of people to test. I decided a dashboard for billing would be the best approach.

Lessons Learned:
Creating a detailed unified experience through research, interviewing and testing customers, provided a much improved billing platform.
